Dual-flavored Protein Pancakes = Proteinske palačinke u dva okusa

Najjednostavnije i najfinije proteinske palačinke ikad s 37 kcal, 4.3 g proteina, 2.8 g ugljikohidrata i 1.1 g masti po palačinki, u dva okusa: banana-cimet i banana-čokolada. Bez glutena i dodanih šećera, i toliko fine da se mogu jesti i bez namaza.


Recept

za 2 osobe (12 mini palačinki)

Okus banana-cimet

1 jaje
1/2 veće zrele banane
1 mjerica proteina*
1 čžl mljevenog cimeta
1/2 čžl praška za pecivo
1-2 dcl vode

Okus banana-čokolada

1 jaje
1/2 veće zrele banane
1 mjerica proteina*
1 čžl kakaa
malo (!) soli
1/2 čžl praška za pecivo
1-2 dcl vode

*Koristila sam svoju DIY mješavinu veganskih proteina okusa čokolade i bez okusa. Za okus palačinki banana-cimet možete koristiti protein okusa vanilije ili banane, a za okus banana-čokolada, proteine okusa vanilije, čokolade ili slično.



Za obje je smjese postupak isti: bananu zdrobiti vilicom i pomiješati s ostalim sastojcima. Smjesa treba biti malo gušća od one za standardne palačinke. Žlicu-dvije smjese peći na laganoj vatri na teflonskoj tavi namašćenoj s malo ulja. Okrenuti kada se na površini formiraju mjehurići i još kratko peći.


Naizmjenično poslagati palačinke okusa banana-cimet i banana-čokolada i odmah poslužiti.

Dual-flavored Protein Pancakes

The simplest and finest protein pancakes ever with 37 kcal, 4.3 g of protein, 2.8 g of carbohydrates and 1.1 g of fat, in two flavors: banana-cinnamon and banana-chocolate. Gluten-free, vegetarian and with no added sugars. Simply delicious!

Recipe

serves 2 (12 mini pancakes)

Banana-cinnamon flavor

1 egg
1/2 large ripe banana
1 scoop protein powder*
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1-2 dcl of water

Banana-chocolate flavor

1 egg
1/2 large ripe banana
1 scoop protein powder*
1 cocoa powder
a bit of salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1-2 dcl water

*I'm using my DIY vegan protein powder blends: natural flavored and chocolate flavored. For the banana-cinnamon flavor feel free to use vanilla or banana flavored protein powder, and for banana-chocolate flavored pancakes use vanilla or chocolate flavored protein powder

Same procedure applies for both flavors: mash the banana with a fork and mix with the other ingredients. The mixture should be a bit thicker than that for crepes. Fry one to two spoons of mixture on a lightly oiled non-stick pan on a low heat. Flip when bubbles are formed on the surface and fry for a bit on the other side.

When plating, alternate banana-cinnamon and banana-chocolate flavored pancakes and serve immediately.
